Raw Vegan Beetroot Cake

STORAGE - Store in fridge for several days, or freeze for up to 3 months.

 

UGG Product to use (and purchase below)  : 1 Packet UGG Foods Fruit and Seed Loaf

 

Extra Ingredients Needed (but not included):

3 bananas, chopped

3 large beetroots, coarsely grated

 

METHOD

Pour the Ugg fruit and seed mix into a large bowl.

Add beetroot and banana and mix with hands to a thick dough

Press into a thick rectangle on to teflex dehydrator sheet or baking sheet.

Dehydrate for a few hours and then cut into squares with a blunt knife keeping mix held firmly together.

Dehydrate overnight, check and dehydrate again until desired firmness.
