YOU WILL NEED TO ADD (Ingredients not included):
100g chopped walnuts
3tbsp olive oil
4 eggs, beaten
4 tsps cinnamon
1 tsp mixed spice
Place all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat wet ingredients together then add to dry ingredients
and mix well. Place mix in a prepared loaf tin and bake until cooked through (until a skewer inserted
into the centre comes out clean) Pop back into the oven for a few minutes if necessary.
