OVEN TEMP/COOKING TIME: 150°C / 1.5 - 2 hours 

STORAGE: Store in the fridge for several days, or freeze for up to 3 months.


UGG Product to use (and purchase below)  : 1 Packet UGG Foods Fruit & Seed Loaf Mix


YOU WILL NEED TO ADD (Ingredients not included):

2 Free Range Eggs 

550g Mixed Dried Fruit

200ml Rum, Brandy or Whisky

75ml Mild Olive Oil

150g Chopped Walnuts

2tsp Cinnamon & 2tsp Mixed Spice 

2tsp Ginger Powder

Rind & Juice of 1 Lemon



Mix dried fruit with the alcohol, bring to the boil and leave to soak in a bowl overnight. Add all of other ingredients and mix well into a smooth batter. Pour into a greased pudding basin or 20cm tin and bake for 1.5 - 2 hours (checking regularly) bake until a skewer comes out clean.
