UGG Product to use (and purchase below) : 1 x Chia Seed & Nut Bread Mix
YOU WILL NEED TO ADD (Ingredients not included):
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp Chia Seed & Nut Bread mix
3 tsp almond or coconut milk
1/2 tsp cocoa
Olive oil to griddle
Grated dark chocolate (optional)
METHOD
Beat egg, then add other ingredients to make a thick batter
Spray olive oil onto non-stick pan over medium heat and spoon batter into desired pancake size
Cook for a few minutes until starting to bubble on top, then flip and repeat.
Sprinkle grated dark chocolate on top while hot and serve immediately
