PALEO PANNETONE 

PREPARATION TIME

OVEN TEMP/COOKING TIME

Preheat fan-assisted oven to 160°C/320°F/Gas 4. - Bake for about 1 hour

STORAGE

Eat warm from the oven or can be cooled, sealed and stored in fridge for several days.

To freeze place in sealed container for up to 3 months.

INGREDIENTS

Pack Needed: 1 Ugg Chia Seed & Nut Bread Mix

EXTRA INGREDIENTS TO BUY

 

6 large eggs (preferably omega 3 free range)

1½ cup almond or coconut milk

3 tablespoons vanilla extract

4 tablespoons mild olive oil

7 tablespoons xylitol, or to taste

½ cup raisins soaked in 3 tablespoons dark rum

4 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

METHOD

Preheat fan-assisted oven to 160°C/320°F/Gas 4.

Break eggs by separating yolks from the whites. Add to yolks: nut milk, vanilla extract, olive oil and xylitol to taste.

Beat egg whites to stiff consistency and fold carefully into yolk mixture.

Mix in raisins and chocolate chips. Bake for 55-60 mins. Leave to cool & enjoy.
