WHAT YOU NEED TO ADD
5 medium eggs. (omega-3 free range)
2 apples cored and chopped into 1.5cm 2 cubes (skin can be left on for rustic loaf)
2 tbsp mild and light olive oil or water for low fat version
Preheat fan assisted oven to 140°C/285°F. Non fan assisted oven to 160°C/320°C or gas oven to Gas Mk 3.
Beat together the above ingredients and then add this mix. Stir together and leave for two minutes to
thicken a little.
Pour into olive oil greased silicone or non-stick 2 lb/1 kilo loaf tin (10 x 20cm approx).
Bake for 80 minutes. Leave to cool.

Almond meal, raisins (32%), pumpkin seeds (6.4%), sesame seeds (6.4%), sunflower seeds (6.4%), chia seeds (6.4%), xylitol, poppy seeds (1%), flax seeds (1%), spices (cinnamon, coriander, cassia, nutmeg, fennel, cloves).

Contains Nuts. Egg substitutes may be used instead of fresh eggs for those with egg allergies.
NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS
Store mix in a cool dry place away from sunlight and odours. Baked loaf can be cooled, sealed and stored in fridge for several days. To freeze (either whole or sliced) place in sealed container for up to 3 months.
