Love this bread

I've been buying this bread mix for over two years now. I know its not cheap, but it lasts the two of us the whole week as we slice it quite thin. To have sandwiches again!! It takes 2 minutes to mix up, I make it Sunday evenings usually.

I eat paleo, wheat and dairy free (intolerance issues) so this fits in with everything. I also have a problem with hens eggs (the whites) so I use duck eggs instead, 4 large ones and works out eggsactly the same ;)

It toasts up nicely and tastes amazing with melted cheese. For those who eat the little brown slices of Irish tastes pretty much just like that. I fed it to my husband and thats what he thought it was as its even the same shape and size :D

Tasty and convenient

It is great to find a wheat-free Paleo-conforming bread which makes a perfect substitute for wheat bread.
