150g Ugg Foods Chocolate Chia Muffin Mix
60g soft dates or raisins
1 tbsp melted coconut oil.


2 large ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
5 tbsp unsweetened raw cocoa powder or to taste
3 tbsp xylitol or to taste
150ml fresh orange juice and zest
1tsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract


For the base: Add the Ugg Foods Chocolate Chia Mix with the remaining dry ingredients into a food processor and blitz to form a sticky dough. Press into mini tartlet tins and place in the fridge to firm up.
For the filling: Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until silky smooth. Taste and add a little more sweetener if desired. Spoon the mousse into the tart cases and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
