Healthy Cookies! Yum!

Dr Kim has treated us to a super healthy chocolate chip cookie recipe! We know what we're having for dessert... 

 Ingredients: 1 Packet Ugg foods chia seed and nut bread 

100g Coconut oil 

2 tbsp Sweetener of your choice

100g Sugar free Chocolate Chips or very dark chocolate broken into small pieces

1 large free range egg 

Method: Pre-heat youroven to 140 degrees fan assisted/285 F/ gas mark 3 

Rub the solid coconut oil into the Ugg foods bread mix. Add sweetener and chocolate chips. Beat egg and mix well. Press into golf ball size balls and place on baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Flatten with a fork. Bake until golden approx 20 minutes. Cool and keep in fridge for up to a week or freezer 3 months.
