Grease a bowl or mug.
Whisk the egg with a fork in a small mixing bowl.
Add all the other ingredients to the whisked egg and mix together using the fork.
Pour the mixture into your greased bowl or mug.
Microwave on 600 Watt for approximately 2 minutes, check several times within these 2 minutes. The chocolate should stay slightly runny.
Cool, preferably in your fridge.
Carefully demold from the bowl/mug.

Eat warm from the microwave oven or store in an air tight container in the fridge for several days.
Can be sliced and kept in the freezer for up to 3 months.

1 tbsp coconut flour (8g)
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsps water
