UGG Mug Bread by Nicole Bond
A delicious little recipe which is made in a heartbeat!

METHOD

Grease a straight-shaped coffee mug.

Whisk the egg with a fork.

Add all other ingredients and mix together, using a fork.

Por the mixture into the mug.

Microwave for 3 to 4 minutes (as needed) on 600 Watt.

Cool for 2 minutes.

Pop out of mug gently and slice.

2 (6-7 slices)

3 to 4 minutes in microwave (600 Watt)

STORAGE

Once cooled, can be sealed and stored in the fridge for several days.

Can be frozen for up to 3 months.

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup (32g) UGG Chia Seed & Nut Bread

1 tbsp flax seed flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (or olive oil)

1 tbsp water

1 large egg (preferably omega-3, free range)
