Chocolate Avocado Tarts by Christine Bailey
This rich and creamy dessert is a fantastic way to cram in lots of healthy fats into your child's diet.

METHOD

Base

Place the Ugg mix with the remaining ingredients in a food processor and process to form a sticky dough. Press into mini tartlet tins and place in the fridge to firm up.

Filling

PLace all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until smooth. You want to create thick mousse. Add a dash of orange juice if needed. Taste and add a little more sweetener if desired. Spoon the mousse into the tart cases and chill for 30 minutes before serving. Alternatively freze them for a frozen dessert
