Place the Ugg mix with the remaining ingredients in a food processor and process to form a sticky dough. Press into mini tartlet tins and place in the fridge to firm up.
PLace all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until smooth. You want to create thick mousse. Add a dash of orange juice if needed. Taste and add a little more sweetener if desired. Spoon the mousse into the tart cases and chill for 30 minutes before serving. Alternatively freze them for a frozen dessert
OVEN TEMP/COOKING TIME
Store in a fridge for several days or alternatively freeze for up to 3 months.
150g Ugg Chocolate Chia Muffin mix
60g soft dates or raisins
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 large ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
5 tbsp unsweetened raw cocoa powder or to taste
3 tbsp xylitol or to taste
150ml fresh orange juice and zest
1tsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
