Ugg Banana & Chocolate Chip Paleo Bread by Kim Lloyd
A savoury bread turned into a sweet treat

METHOD

Heat oven to 170°C.

Beat the eggs and add lemon juice

Add all the other ingredients

Thinly slice bananas

Stir with a fork into a rough mix.

Place in a 2lbs loaf tin lined with baking parchment.

Bake for approximatel 50 minutes or until golden brown.

6 medium eggs

4 bananas sliced

1 tsp vanilla essence

6oz dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp xylitol (optional)

3 tbsp lemon juice
